Structural Features
Furnace body: usually made of metal with good thermal insulation to minimize heat loss and ensure stable temperature inside the furnace while ensuring the safety of users.
Heating system: usually consists of multiple electric heating tubes distributed at the top, bottom or sides of the oven cavity, which can provide even heat. Some electric ovens are also equipped with a heating fan to promote air circulation inside the oven, so that the heat is more evenly distributed to avoid localized overheating or overcooling.
Temperature control system: Equipped with temperature sensors and controllers, users can accurately set and adjust the temperature inside the oven according to different ingredients and baking needs, usually the temperature adjustment range is around 30 - 250℃.
Oven door: well sealed to keep the heat inside the oven and to facilitate the user to observe the baking of the food. The door is usually double-glazed to insulate the oven and allow the user to see the food inside clearly.
Baking pan and grill: used to place food, the material is mostly high temperature resistant metal or ceramic, some electric ovens will also be equipped with removable rotating grill, so that the food is heated more evenly.
